Watch One Man Prompt An Entire Park To Sing Bon Jovi's 'Livin' On A Prayer'

Bon Jovi's "Livin' On A Prayer" is a timeless classic and that title was cemented in a video making the rounds.

Earlier this month, a video was uploaded onto YouTube, depicting one sole man belting his heart out to the 1986 smash on a bench, which prompted the entire park to gather in on the sing-a-long during the hook. In what could be the closest step towards world peace, the entire park, including its many lawn-goers, are heard chanting along to the feel-good song.

In a recent interview, the hit's co-writer Desmond Child, revealed that the track once prevented a fan from committing suicide. "We get so many letters from people, especially with 'Livin' on a Prayer,' that meant so much to them in their lives," Child explained. "We once got a letter from a man that was going to kill himself. So, he drives up to the bridge and he just jumps out of the car, leaves the car on, radio on, and door open and he goes to jump out. But 'Livin' on a Prayer' comes on the radio, and that was his favorite song, so he gets back in the car, says, 'Well, this will be the last song I hear.' And by the time it got to the chorus... At the end, he drove home. So Bon Jovi saves lives."
